Got my order wrong multiple times And terrible customer service
Bri made the best coffee I've ever had even though one arm is in a sling. Tomas cleaned tables, served food and worked so quickly. Alyssa was so lovely serving us. Food was piping hot, and delivered promptly. Excellent staff. Wish I lived here, I'd be a regular. If you want perfect coffee, get Bri to make it.

Came for breakfast, there were only 2 or 3 tables occupied when we arrived, so we were not expecting to wait over 40 minutes for 2 omelettes. Also watched everyone else who came in and sat down after us get served first. When we inquired we were told "omelettes take a while". Terrible, uninterested service, and weak excuses.
I ordered a coffee and banana bread, waited 20 minutes for banana bread( store not busy )it came with no butter and an attitude from staff when asked about delay. I also had to wait for them to stop talking before anyone would come and serve me. Staff too busy talking at counter. This store has really gone own hill.
