Got my order wrong multiple times And terrible customer service
Bri made the best coffee I've ever had even though one arm is in a sling. Tomas cleaned tables, served food and worked so quickly. Alyssa was so lovely serving us. Food was piping hot, and delivered promptly. Excellent staff. Wish I lived here, I'd be a regular. If you want perfect coffee, get Bri to make it.

Came for breakfast, there were only 2 or 3 tables occupied when we arrived, so we were not expecting to wait over 40 minutes for 2 omelettes. Also watched everyone else who came in and sat down after us get served first. When we inquired we were told "omelettes take a while". Terrible, uninterested service, and weak excuses.
We went to the coffee club for breakfast. The cafe at the other end of the shopping centre was full. The coffee club had many spare seats available. We understand why now. They bought my long black to the table and the cup had a ring around the top. I asked the server if the cup was clean and the coffee was fresh. She told me that the ring was caused by the coffee “setting”. I told her I had been drinking coffee for a long time and had never seen it.
