The pistachio and hot chocolate milk tastes like diluted milk. There was no hint of any pistachio taste. Waste of money and calories. First time I’ve not finished a drink after paying 6 buck each & probably my first ever bad review of any cafe.
I have a membership and as I was waiting after my order was taken they walked and didn't take my membership so I couldn't take the points discount. Very disappointed in today's service

This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a café. I honestly don’t know how this place is still operating under food safety standards. I ordered a babycino for my toddler, and the milk came out green—clearly cross-contaminated with something like matcha. When I questioned it, the staff member was extremely rude and told me, “That’s what happens to the milk when we froth it.” I asked her to please make a fresh one, as my little one was so excited, but she showed no concern that she had served a child milk in that ... read more
