Staff never fail to be absolutely amazing — so nice and charismatic all the time, and coffees great.
Tall blonde lady that worked easter sunday 2026 changed our impression of coffee club entirely - what a breath of fresh air. This place can usually be pretty uncomfortable for a little family due to A. cost… B. lack of “warmth” and being made feel like a burden. Today I went to the coffee club to get my family lunch and I wanted to order 1 extra club sandwhich with the meal as my stepdaughter wanted to share food with her dad so just wanted 1 extra and they wouldn't even let me get that without paying another $23 or they wanted to charge more for just one sandwich then waited ages for the drinks and the pancakes were super dry also you pay so much money for this food then it tastes like crap
Thought we have breakfast here for a change and it was beyond disappointing. The eggs were like plastic and clearly not fried but cooked in a convection microwave making them tasteless with a plastic film over them, the bacon was undercooked and the only toast option was sourdough which I’m not fond of. My coffee was one of the worst I’ve had. The staff were nice but let down by the food quality.
