For some reason, most staff here are not happy and can lack some customer manners.
Ordered $70 dollars worth of food the eggs benny was excellent but I complained about the banana smoothie as it was made from frozen banana and tasted appauling and asked for an exchange for a orange juice and was refused and told I had to pay extra so if your after customer service and a fair exchange eat elsewhere !!
Cake slices are small for $6.50 Quite pricey for what it is
Coffee is nice! Food is ok but customer service is non existent going into rude! All they need to do is smile and sound enthusiastic even if they aren’t!! Update 30/5/25…coffee is beautiful! Customer service lady serving was fantastic.. smiling and very well mannered! Yayyyyy 16/8… There’s an Asian lady with a bob behind the counter. She has serious issues… I ordered a coffee and she was so rude, the look she gave me was so bad. She needs to go! The coffee experience gets ruined by her!!!!!
