Not sure if this Coffee Club has changed hands!! The service is shocking. Firstly they don't listen to what you order and deliver the wrong order to your table. Then they give you your drinks first while you wait over 45 minutes just for an over priced toasted sandwich! How long does it take to do a single toasted sandwich?? Seriously! The girl that served us couldn't smile if she won lotto. The tables weren't clean and this was just after opening. The food was excellent and the chef that brought out our eggs Benny was nice and polite. Love our coffee club breaks but maybe not at Werribee.
Service was shockingly poor. No attention to customers, no basic courtesy, and everything felt chaotic. It’s a shame because the place looks nice, but the service completely ruins it.
