Very disappointing experience overall. Food quality was below standard, lacked flavour and didn’t seem fresh. One person’s drink was completely forgotten and there didn’t seem to be much care or urgency from staff when it was mentioned. Service felt disorganised and the whole experience was poor compared to other Coffee Club locations. Definitely not what we expected.
I posted 7 years ago when it was only so so. Today was a different story. Wonderful meals, great service and great coffee. I recommend this place for lunch! Ceasar salad and avocado toast were terrific.
Food was average, coffee was warm not hot. Most importantly I got charged a public holiday surcharge for Easter Saturday WHEN IT'S NOT A PUBLIC HOLIDAY, the servers response was "uh I just do what the register tells me. Hopeless!
Food was just passable.... not sure when grilled tomato should be grilled not cooked in microwave ... Service was below average 🙄 Interupted chat time I think... Im sorry but if you are in customer service at least pretend like you like your job... Sorry to have inconvenienced you 😔
The breakfast was disgusting. I paid for this meal; it was not free, yet the food was served very poorly. The avocado was completely black and not fresh at all. I am pregnant, and I specifically ordered my eggs fried, but I was served runny eggs, which is unsafe for me.
