The Stockland coffee club has gone down so badly in the last 12 or so months especially. My mum, dad and I have dined there for 25 years. We will not be returning. We’ll possibly cancel our VIP memberships too. The staff look so unclean, are rude and don’t care about customer service whatsoever. The staff look so grubby in their white shirts. One person was working while the manager and 3 other staff were doing miscellaneous tasks. I have never waited so long for a cold drink!!!!! Seriously worst coffee club service ever!!!!
Friendly staff
Ordered the eggs benedict, was exactly as advertised, flavour was exquisite and left me wanting to order seconds. Time taken for the food and iced chocolate only took 10 mins to arrive. Will definitely be returning.
Extremely disappointing. It wasn't busy yet our toasted bana6bread came out cold and soggy and after another 30 minutes out came the coffee. No apology and clearly they didn't care. Worst service I've had here.
