Service and food quality are so inconsistent it's hard to put your finger on what exactly is going wrong with this establishment. Maybe it's the brand as a whole as we have rough experiences with the Mt Ommaney location also. I think upper management need to have a hard look at customer service interactions, communication and the quality of their food. It's all well and good to cook things to temp.
