A great little cafe with nice good and friendly service. It's a good spot to grab a bite and coffee if you're in the mall, away from the busy food courts.
We ordered at 3:45pm, but they said the kitchen was closed. It was a bad experience. And my kids were so sad .
Worst customer service I’ve experienced, the staff were slow. Our food was cold, the staff messed up my order and refused to fix it.
I bought a takeaway iced latte with full cream milk, expecting a simple, straightforward coffee. Unfortunately, it was completely undrinkable (and that’s saying something for me). When I asked for a remake or refund so I could get my morning coffee elsewhere, the response I received was to just add sugar or syrup to make it drinkable, and that a refund wasn’t possible. Needless to say, I ended up spending almost $7 on a coffee and ended up without one. Never coming back 👎
Guy on till was hopeless. Did not ask whether I wanted to use any of my points and was quick to make sure my payment went through then for some reason decided we wanted our meals to take away which was embarrassing for the staff when they had to go back to the kitchen and put them on plates. The coconut chicken salad was so bland. The new higher priced menu is nowhere as good as the old one. Overall very disappointing especially as we have been long time Coffee Club customers.
