I’m not sure if they’re new franchise holders, and it looks like some kind of family affair, but they haven’t got a clue what they’re doing, and the service is appalling. I sat for 10 minutes in an almost empty room before a very young lady came up and said “have you ordered?” The adult male had ignored me the whole time. I then spent another 15 minutes watching them (4 of them, behind the counter) try and workout from a laminated sheet what goes in what coffee. It would have been comedy if it hadn’t been so tragic. Coffee was good service was friendly and welcoming. But when the food came out the poached eggs for my Benedict were cold and hard as a rock hollandaise sauce was on the verge of splitting very disappointing
Such a great spot for coffee, brunch or just relaxing by the river! The atmosphere is always welcoming, with plenty of seating both indoors and outside. The outdoor area is a huger plus-you can even bring your pup along and enjoy the fresh air together. Coffee is consistently excellent, and the food is fresh and tasty with plenty of options. Beautiful location, friendly service, and great vibes all around. Highly recommend!
I ordered a caramel cheesecake and a Iced Chocolate... OMG this would have to be the best ICED CHOCOLATE I have had.. it was nice and cold and tasted amazing! Perfect combination. The customer service was fantastic and definitely will be back. 10/10
