Really lovely lady and the barista. top notch customer service and hospitality! we feel really welcome each time we come here for the hot pistachio
very bad service i ordered a latte and i haven't paid yet i asked the staff i want to scan the membership and she said no next time because she doesn't want to do it i will never come back
Ordered a small cap with hazelnut. Tasted like warm milk, waited 10 min for a small coffee and was very disappointed.
Ordered 2 eggs Benedict, one on muffins one on sourdough. Both came on muffins. Ordered a hot drink and a cold drink. Hot drink came quickly. Asked 4 times about the cold drink and still didn’t come. Eventually went and asked a 5th time. Cold drink came when we had finished eating and it was terrible. Overpriced, $62, for the quality and service is terrible.
