Terrible business practices. Made me take orders for 10 minutes then asked to leave.
Very nice place, super popular. Sometimes the coffee here isn't great, but they've been getting it right lately. The revamped menu is cute and I'm very fond of the new schnitzel sandwich with pickles and potato chips. The pickles are an absolute highlight, sweet and yet smokey at the same time. The staff vary. Some are fabulous, such as the young person with the buzzcut, but others need a bit of training.
