Does have a good vibe
I definitely recommend it here. Staff were polite, very efficient too. Hardly had to wait 2 minutes for our drinks and less than 5 for 2 full meals. Incredibly fast. Food was lovely and fresh and delicious. Only downside is the price but I can’t complain as the service and quality makes up for it.
We love this place! We have had a meal here quite a few times. The food is exquisite! The hot chips are especially delicious. I generally buy a coffee here if I’m out this way as the coffee is lovely too!
Omelette was very good and the staff is very respectful
Really disappointed with the service at Coffee Club Merrylands. I went in to use my birthday voucher, which clearly states it’s valid for any hot drink. The staff insisted it only applied to a cappuccino or flat white, which is simply not true. I even confirmed with head office afterwards. I had to stand there, in front of a forming line of people, explaining it over and over before they finally (reluctantly) agreed to honour it. No apology, no friendliness – just rudeness.
