For being busy the staff were very professional and friendly, food was great very tasty and hot. Always be coming back

2 people at our table ordered first and we ordered immediately afterwards. Their drinks got served, we waited another 15 minutes and then had to ask where our drinks were. The other two people at our table received their meals about 20 minutes after this. They finished their meals, and again we had to ask where our food was. "The food docket didn't print out." This CC has the worst customer service, the staff have a bad attitude to client services. It appears understaffed in the kitchen and has poor front of house/managerial customer service skill. I cannot rate the food as the last two times I have had to walk out after being ignored for 10 minutes. This franchise has sever problems. It needs to be fixed because I have to drive to browns plains coffee club, where, there is excellent customer service. Perhaps instead of making phoney ratings the owner should fix the problem.
