Disappointing. My wife ordered tea (fine) and raisin toast with extra butter (okay). I ordered a toasted chicken, cheese and mayonnaise toasted sandwich with a side of hot chips and a large, extra hot cappaccino. I acknowledge that we arrived during the lunchtime rush, but it appeared that the cafe was understaffed, and we sat at a table that had not yet been cleaned after the previous customer had finished their meal. What a wonderful experience we had today. 9.30am. Table 20 with our service dog 🦺 Akira 2 coffee's, made to perfection. A toasty , chicken, cheese, and avo on brown bread. Followed up by the suggestion of a bottle of water Thank you very much to our waitress
I ordered a coffee at 9:36am this morning and waited around 20 minutes. When I finally asked about it, I was told they had misplaced my order. I had a dental appointment at 10:00am, so I let the staff know I’d come back for it after my appointment. After seeing the dentist, I was advised not to have any hot or cold drinks for few hours. I went back and asked for a refund instead. The lady at the counter reluctantly gave my money back and didn’t even apologise for their mistake.
