Been a coffee club customer but today is the last. I would suggest you avoid this store and spend your money at Cafe 63. Portions have got smaller and the staff are the worst I have encountered at any coffee club I have been to. After what was said today I will take this to the coffee club head office. This store has a 2.8 average for a reason not just my complaint here.
I am less than impressed on how the management treats their staff members who work hard. If I could I would not even give it a star.
Customer service is non existent
I waited over 1 hour for my food to come out, when the food finally came out it was cold, missing half of my order, customer service was a joke, they could not give me an eta, was no help, and just said it would be out when it’s ready Would not recommend
Ordered fish and chips at 11am. After 15 minutes, I was informed that there was none. Changed my order to ham cheese Toastie (which comes with chips on the menu). Also advised them of the price difference. Eventually got my toastie with no chips and $4 change. I asked where the chips were as thats what is on the menu. I was told I didnt ask for them.
