Food left on the pass until it went cold. Staff ignored it and when asked to grab it they didn't care to be inconvenienced by my request. Do better.
Why have an online table ordering system if it doesn't have half the menu items on it so you have to go order at the counter anyway???
Food was lovely, however they were out of the pistachio syrup The lady with the pink/red hair who informed me they couldn't make my drink order told me they were out without offering any alternative solutions, when I asked if there was anything similar she gave attitude while saying "not for the pistachio!" Never any clean tables and average coffee despite other coffee clubs being decent
Been a coffee club customer but today is the last. I would suggest you avoid this store and spend your money at Cafe 63. Portions have got smaller and the staff are the worst I have encountered at any coffee club I have been to. After what was said today I will take this to the coffee club head office. This store has a 2.8 average for a reason not just my complaint here.
