That has got to be one of the best breakfasts I have had in New Zealand and one of the best chai lattes. I highly recommended this place. Not only was the food delicious but the portions were large too.
After waiting several minutes to place my order for my lunch-time coffee, due to only one staff member managing the entire counter, the manager eventually turned up to help out with barista duties. When my coffee arrived at my table it was cooler than tepid. What happened to the great coffee club??? Grafton store has poor service , rude staff that snicker behind customers back and take 45 minutes to serve poached eggs with 4 tables in whole restaurant ! The guy in glasses at front counter needs retraining in customer service one store we won’t be back
Absolutely gobsmacked with my so called cheese & ham toasted sandwich today! The price for this lame toastie was unbelievable $15.00 for warm bread with slightly melted cheese and ham. I certainly do not recommend going here for a nice cheese toastie! Thumbs done for this overpriced sandwich. Not even 1 star really!
Coffe was terrible cold , didn’t get my breakfast until husband was finished his , then found a hair. Told staff and just got sorry . Never again maybe get the cooks to put their hair under the hair net not all over the place and the cooks also looked pretty grubby ☹️☹️☹️🤬😡
The Coffee Club used to give Veteran discounts. Popped in today and told this is no longer the case. They have lost my business, what a discussing organisation
Worst breakfast I’ve had in my life hard poached eggs cold everything on plate cold for the price ya pay very poor won’t dine here again I suggest save ya money and eat out of a trash can would be warner and more flavour daughters chips cold as ice also like they were microwaved poor form
Ordered a meal started eating it then they said ou didn't pay for it and they they said you did young girl laughing behind counter.Very unwelcoming shocking management not going there again..
