Came here couple of weeks ago they forgot our food order was reluctant to come back today same problem coffees arrived quickly waited nearly half an hour for the toastie when queried they had forgotten again won’t be back again
We just purchased the Bolognese toastie and it was ice cold on the inside. We took it back and asked them to heat it up and they put it in the microwave for 30 seconds. It was hot on the outside but cold still on the inside. The staff wouldn’t check it so we had to get a refund. We didn’t want food poisoning!
Very friendly place & had the good fortune of meeting the Franchisee Dan, who had a wonderful story to tell. Catering for all ages the staff are mindful & friendly; a rare find these days. Great buzz & plenty of good food & happy service.
the young woman making my coffee with the short side cut made my whole experience feel rushed, i ordered a coffee for takeaway and after seemingly bossing around the whole staff she hurriedly called out my coffee and shoved it towards me! i was very disappointed as i frequent the coffee club and have never received this sort of service before.
