Went today at around 10:30 and the blonde girl at the register with the forearm tattoos was unnecessarily rude to my sweet hubby. We paid cash with a $50 note and before he could hand her change she had already rung up and tried handing us change. I visited this morning and ordered a combo with a decaf coffee. Unfortunately, the order was incorrect and I was served regular caffeine. As someone who cannot tolerate caffeine, this caused me to become severely sick, dizzy, and vomit shortly after. I understand mistakes happen, but when it comes to dietary and health requests like decaf, staff need to be 100% sure. I hope the team takes this as feedback to improve accuracy
Staff had a poor attitude, like an I don't give a crap attitude. I just wanted a tea and a scone and the scone came on the plate not even warm and had no butter, or jam, or cream or anything. Just a scone. Meals and service have been very poor every time I come here. Will not be back again.
