I ordered the covonut chicken salad - very paltry - very little chicken- majority of the plate was sprouts- then I decided to add a desert as I wasn’t satisfied. Bad! Date and honey loaf looked good - they toasted it (I didn’t ask for this) and it was served dripping with butter! I preferred to add my own butter!
Rude staff. Please learn how to smile at your customers. The experience was terrible. When I first approached the counter no one would even look at me and the girl that was making the coffee gave me a side eye. Absolutely pathetic service
Service is always quick for a busy cafe and the staff and management team are super efficient and friendly
I like the coffee for a casual thing, and food can be good. But honestly, it's always so pricey.
I find this coffee club in particular so frustrating. The service is always less than ideal, the wait times can be 15mins plus for a takeaway coffee and they dont follow there hours listed on the website, they are ways closed early, sometimes up to an hour. I regret coming every time, but it's my mistake in a way for continuing to try them.
