Long wait time for cold food
Wait time was ridiculous considering only 2 other tables had people at them. Poor kitchen worker seems to be doing all the work, cooking and running food out. Staff are more interested in chatting to each other than working. Table left uncleared for the entire time I was there. Several chairs were dirty. Food was alright, but not great, guess it's hard to focus on cooking when you're also taking food to customers. Coffee tasted watery, very disappointed. Definitely won't be back.
Everytime I’ve come, lately - has been horrible customer service. Food sits under the heatlamps for ages, whilst staff stand around and gossip. We have had to collect our own food from up at the kitchen to prove a point. Just very rude and no care given! It’s a pricey breakfast place, the least they could do is hire some better staff! Won’t be back.
IT was a chicken cheese and avocado toastie. The avacado was brown in colour which was old, only one side of the bread was toasted. chips were good. sitting there noticing a lot of tables were not cleared (7).It was 1.15pm and only 2 staff on. It made the place look awful as if no one cared. The manager was sitting chatting to someone and I walked up to him and explain it didnt look good and all he said was sorry. As I walked of he continued chatting which it seemed like he wasnt interested. Never will ever eat there again.
Very average. 2 staff on for a Sunday morning. Food was very oily, to the point the oil was dripped all over the plate. Place was not very clean, dirty tables etc.
