Honestly the worst coffee club on the planet. Ordered takeaway. Staff member is to busy having a personal chat to her colleague to pay any attention to the customer. Asks where I'm sitting. No where it's takeaway as I already told you. Food takes forever, not sure why isn't that busy and not sure how hard 2 toasties are?. Then staff ignore you, sandwiches are clearly ready at the kitchen. Nope staff still focused on the most important thing. Terrible,waited half an hour after ordering lunch,then a staff member came to ask if we were waiting for anything, when I said we had been waiting for half an hour the girl in the kitchen said her paper for her orders had run out!!no communication with front staff to check if anybody was waiting for food ,3 other customers were waiting as well,very poor customer service will not be going back!!
Thankyou to the lovely staff who were so accommodating and helpful for our xmas brekky this morning! 25 meals and drinks all served promptly and delicious! Merry Christmas.
