Break lunch stop during Saturday shop day at Harbourtown. This venue has had a modern revamp. Decor and fixtures and bright and fresh and modern. Menu has a great variety of sandwiches favourites, coffee and smoothies, a little something for everyone. Front counter has a variety of treats as well. Myself and friend went and purchased 2 coffees and sat down to drink them whilst eating sandwiches from another place. One of the older workers with short blonde hair, rudely approached us and said “you guys can’t eat that in here.” Shen then asked us to leave. I find it disappointing after supporting their business we were not allowed to sit and enjoy our drink. (writing my dad's experience as below) Ate at this establishment on November 5 2025. We had an absolutely terrible experience with a particular staff member (older lady with very short blond hair, had glasses on). We ordered burger and fries to dine in and my wife decided to get a matcha drink from a different shop. In the middle of our meal this staff member raised her voice very loudly (yelling) to the point that other customers were looking at us, saying that we shouldn't have outside food and to eat somewhere else. Rien à redire sur la nourriture. Le iced latte et les toasts avocats étaient très bons. Le service n’est pas fou, le personnel n’est pas aimable et c’est assez long au niveau de l’attente. L’endroit est très bruyant aussi! La dame blonde aux cheveux courts est très désagréable, elle ne donne pas du tout envie de revenir!
Very bad manner from the staff. They told us to leave the table, while we were eating. I will never go back to this place again.
