This morning I visited your store for breakfast and was disappointed with the experience. I ordered an iced latte but when it arrived I immediately noticed that the milk was curdled. The coffee had an unpleasant sour smell and taste making it undrinkable. This was not only unappetizing, but it also raised concerns about the freshness and handling of your dairy products. Nothing is celiac friendly, only low gluten options not gluten free.
Coffee took over 30mins to make, we were not told how long we would be waiting for drinks, people behind us were getting their drinks before us.
0 stars all round, had to wait an eternity for two drinks diabolical work
Disappointing food and concerning hygiene practices. I saw a staff member cough into her hand and then use her phone while preparing coffee, without washing her hands.
