I can't believe they are still handing out takeaway cups when your dining in. That is poor. Its bad enough using cardboard cups when you have to but, come on if the dish washer is broken hire a person. Your managing to wash the plates
Coffee Club is a mainstream café / restaurant chain, and this store is no exception. The food and drink are mediocre and generally over-priced for what you get. Add to that the very ropey app, which seems to have issues every time I use it. The only redeeming feature of the Clarkson Ocean Key one is the good customer service. It scrapes by with 3 stars. I'd generally recommend a Dome Cafe over Coffee Club.
