Very disappointing experience this morning. Ordered the Strawberry Matcha Granola which cost $16.50, when it arrived it was a very small portion and looked nothing like what was described or advertised. On the menu it said it was served with a matcha cloud on the side, what came was a drizzle of concentrated matcha on top of the granola. Disgusting. I will not be ordering from them again. Service was fine, at least we got a refund.
Micro management owner hovers around has to touch everything and get involved when staff have things under control. Often long waits for orders i think they need two more staff to process orders and help around the store.
good food and coffee friendly staff
I arrived at 3.43pm and were refused service as they said they had closed off the till. Very poor to advertise that they are open until 4pm and not servers customers until that time. I am not if this is against trade practices laws as it is false advertising. I was only after a take away coffee. Not a dine in.
Great food and great service.
