Awesome cafe find just outside the Virgin domestic terminal at BNE. I ordered a chicken sandwich and it absolutely hit the spot - fresh, hearty, and made with real chicken breast (not cold cuts). Simple, but done right. The real star though? The pistachio hot chocolate. Hands down the best hot chocolate I’ve ever had. The creamy whipped cream topped with crushed pistachios was so divine I basically inhaled it in one big gulp. Pure bliss. Ordered a coffee and a HCT croissant about 20mins ago 22/08/25. Coffee tasted like water and they never heated up my croissant. Too many ppl behind the counter and too many things going on for employees to focus on serving customers ... very disappointed as juat in off red eye and was quite hungry and now stuck with a cold uncooked croissant
Ask for a ham cheese croissant and was told I couldn’t have one even though I could see them behind the counter. I ordered the $11.10 cheese croissant and by the time I ate my food I noticed they were now selling ham and cheese croissants for $10. I won’t be back.

Absolute horrible service, girl with the nose piercing did not look like she wanted to be there. Asked for “half ice” for my latte. Seen how much she used and said “sorry that’s meant to be half ice”. Just to get an eye roll. Then says to me “your drink is going to be warm because we don’t refrigerate the almond milk”. I said that’s fine. Only to find out after I got it, she literally put just 1 piece of ice in there. Horrible service. Horrible coffee.
