Placed an order to eat in. Was asked what table I was sitting at and hadn't identified a free table yet. Was then spoken to extremely rudely and with absolute contempt by Madeline. Toasted sandwich better be good because the rudeness is disgusting
Went here for lunch with my daughters, overall the experience was pretty average, waited 40 minutes for the food and they forgot one of the items and had to wait longer for that as well. however the food was very tasty and we still had a good time chatting
I ordered pancakes and one of the worst pancakes I’ve eaten tasted like just flour water and oil came with no cream had to ask for it. Should have got my pancakes from macdonalds much cheaper but better quality.
Outstanding customer service this morning. The staff/team was awesome. The food was great and fast. Staff member Hannah did a great job. Please pass it on to all. Keep up the great work
Disappointed with my visit this morning. The breakfast arrived with several items missing, and the staff seemed very unhappy and unwelcoming. It felt like the service was lacking entirely. I hope management can look into the staffing issues here.
