Have been back to try many times (after bad service, cold coffee, etc) but this last time was terrible and we won’t be back. Coffee was cold, bitter and came out 45 mins before food. Food was stone cold and was over $100. Never again.
Dropped in here on our way through from Gold Coast to Sydney. Service was great however the Granola was plain, the Toasties were great and the coffee was horrendous. One of the worst coffees I’ve had anywhere.
Toasted date and honey loaf was delicious but delivered a good 10 mins before my macchiato which when finally received was ice cold. Be nice to sip a hot coffee while eating my slice. Timing of service is always bad when I go to the coffee club so I should’ve known better. I’ve still got complimentary coffee cards from previous complaints that I won’t be using!
After ordering a cup of coffee and pot of tea we waited 40 minutes for it to arrive. Place appears to be understaffed. Not going back their again.
