I ordered a breakfast burger and a chocolate cake warmed with cream. The cake was cold on the ends but melted icing on the top middle. The burger was an absolute mess and came out 5 minutes before my company had received their food. Our server had broken English and didn't care to ask if we'd enjoyed our food. Clearly we did not. Not eating here again.
Ordered 2 flat whites. 1 was hot the other luke warm. Took it back and asked to be heated in the microwave forc20 seconds. Instead of doing as asked decided to replace it with another. It took so long I went to the counter to ask where it was to be told it was mostly in the saucer. That certainly was the truth. Asked for a refund and finally got it from the manager. Staff were not very polite and getting a refund was a major trauma. However if u like your coffee luke warm or served in a saucer, you'll love this place

Well I was there to pick my customer order. I quoted the name . The order was ready for 10 mins ..I could see the order was but the staffs didnt even care that they should handle it in time .. No professionalism..
