We went for breakfast and over an hour later, we still had no food. We then waited for over 15 minutes to even speak to a staff member at the front counter where they ignored us, then were promised they had just started to cook our food. They begrudgingly gave us a refund and had terrible customer service the entire time. We did receive our drinks which were terrible. I do not recommend and would give no stars if possible.
Friendly staff and good service
Customer service needs improvement. One of the males showed absolute rudeness on 2 occasions now towards us. Don't recommend this business at all.
25 min wait turned into over an hour. Not many people in house, just more concerned about Uber Eats deliveries. Food finally arrived, Yum but cold all while others are demanding refunds. Manager seemed rude, considering everyone else was being patient. Not going back under this management.
I came in on my birthday (08/05/2025 - 7:05am) thinking I’d have a lovely birthday breakfast, instead my hash brown is oily and my food portion (the big breakfast) wasn’t good at all. I saw that the chef had no gloves on as he was cooking, and when my friends went to ask for their eggs to be fully cooked, the barista was so rude. I do not recommend.
