Friendly staff, however the wait time was a bit longer than expected. Food was average.
My friend and i where going to the movies today and went to the coffee club for lunch. Good coffee, we didn't have to wait long. Unfortunately it was all down hill from there. After 20 minutes of waiting I went to ask the staff about our order. 2 chicken and cheese toasted sandwich. I was told they where just being plated up. I went back to our table and waited again. Poor customer service. I waited about 20 minutes for 1 take away cappuccino and the coffee taste was very bad. I complained staff member and she made another coffee but the taste was same and the milk was burnt. She was not checking milk temperature.
Rude customer service from worker who appeared Chinese, purposely didn’t give us chocolate when he was handing it out to everyone else for free. He looked at us and walked off, didn’t feel very nice we are paying customers who didn’t do anything wrong for this treatment. We felt excluded and wasn’t a nice experience for my friend and I.
