I just had a tiramisu and it was delicious but the chai latte with no flavor, I was a bit disappointed :(
The participant I was supporting had an issue with his coffee and was upset about it, the staff were more than happy to help us out with fixing the issue by remaking the coffee to his liking. It was done promptly and with kindness and the coffee was very much so to his satisfaction.
Thick shakes are as thin as water. Food is average at best. Cramped lines of tables discouraging any chance of atmosphere. Table service is dump and run. Tables often not clean. Very expensive for what you get.
Met up with friends Sunday afternoon not realising they closed at 3pm. Friends only got there at 2.30pm but staff took our coffee orders and were very friendly. Could not thank them enough and coffee and cake were excellent.
Really disappointing experience today. We paid and were just left standing there while the staff helped someone else who cut in. Had to chase him for our receipt and still waited ages. No apology, no explanation — just rude.
