I asked for a salted caramel, Frappuccino and I waited 40 minutes for it and they did not call my name out and then when I received it, it was a coffee Frappuccino instead of a caramel, and they didn’t bother to remake it
We only got coffees on the two days we visited and they were great (especially the pistachio latte) but my review is mostly because of the kind lady who always seems to go above and beyond whenever we’ve been there! It’s nice to see a friendly face whenever we go to Cotton Tree with the family!
Not happy with the service or the food. Waited 30 mins for food, which would have taken 2 minutes to prepare. Very basic. Will not go back when I come up again next year.
Well, breakfast started with a dismissive stare, as I was chastised for queueing up in the wrong spot. An order of avocado and toast, two poached eggs and two cappuccinos took a total of 32 minutes to arrive: the food 25 minutes after the coffee. The poached eggs resembled hard-boiled eggs. The 'meal' was not worth the wait.
Got told from the barista girl by an attitude that i was 4 min early to pick up my coffee when i only asked if it was ready as I might of missed it. The way she said it was so rude and unprofessional. Spoke to the manager and the manager was no better herself saying barista is under pressure . Well that is not my problem and not an excuse to treat a costumer this way. Everytime I have been to this place they never have a smile on their face. Hope you get new staff with great service and spirit!
