Party of 4 having breakfast together, ordered at the same time, 1 couple finished theirs other couple still waiting and has to go in and ask if they were forgotten, no apology from the counter but met with attitude.
Great place to get a coffee,and the club sandwich could not fault it absolutely beautiful
Staff and food were lovely. Went there twice.
Cleanliness and service leave a lot to be desired. We arrived when about half the tables were occupied by diners and the rest of the tables had not been cleared. Our coffee and cake were delivered to the table which had not been cleared or cleaned. The dishes from the previous diner were removed but the table was never cleaned despite drawing it to staffs attention. The coffee had been spilled into the saucer when delivered and it was not until I asked for a napkin to clean it up that it was acknowledged.
Meet with friends here every week - can only comment on the hot chocolate which is okay but ask for it extra hot.....otherwise it will be just warm. Have had occasional meal a long time ago - they were very nice. Service is efficient and pleasant, and plenty of people watching possible while dining/drinking.
