Coffee cold and cakes were stale not impressed
Very disappointed with the range of cakes etc. The choice was very limited, and the muffin we reluctantly selected was stale and unpalatable. This situation has been evident for some months. Service was, as usual, friendly and adequate. On a positive note, the coffee was delicious.
Disappointing that they presented food that was significantly different from the menu without a word of explanation or apology. We ordered a Mexican inspired flat grill that was supposed to include corn chips for crunch within the flat bread - they substituted potato chips (as in the deep fried french fry type chip) which just turned into soggy potato stodge. We also ordered chicken nuggets for the child in the group which was pictured including cucumber. What came was a chopped up chicken schnitzel - and no cucumber.
Great food! Amazing banofee frappee! Even gave little one a free cookie and were happy to serve us close to closing time!
