Terrible!!!!! sorry to see change of owners. Coffee bitter We ordered mugs we were given T/Away cups.....reason given mugs are all dirty. Can't they afford a kitchen hand.

I was very disappointed with my cappuccino. I ordered it to take at the coffee shop, so I expected it to be served in a mug. But, to my surprise, it came in one of those to-go cups. I asked the waitress, and she told me it's because of the time; since they close at 4 p.m., they stop serving it in mugs at 3:30 p.m. I was very disappointed (they should have told me this when I was making my order), and the waitress tried to console me by saying that this cup contains more coffee. Attention to detail is just a small thing to ask but doesn't seem to be something that happens these days. My granddaughter ordered Dippy Eggs with soldiers and a babycino ( which I asked to be served warm). She received 1 egg, mostly hard boiled and 2 pieces of toast (triangles, not soldiers). The babycino was cold. She also wanted to colour in the back of the kids menu and asked for pencils, was told no pencils sorry, but here's a black Biro.
