Excellent service, smiling faces, dealt with my challenging gluten free and dairy free requests like experts. I got eggs on toast with a green smoothie, and my partner got the big brekkie with iced coffee. Portions were an okay size, however only one piece of toast not two, and for the price you pay it was A LOT for what you got. Food did taste really nice though. Good coffee and the smoothie was amazing!
Very disappointed with this coffee shop. The staff were unfriendly and slow. The coffee was not nice, and the carrot cake was dry and old. The floor had used tissues under the tables. I am never going back there again.
We visited The Coffee Club after shopping today and had a very disappointing experience. We ordered a coffee, carrot cake, green tea, and a spinach frittata. The main issue was the service. When I asked for the frittata to be reheated, the cashier confirmed they would do it. However, we waited 17 minutes and watched the counter staff talking and laughing without attending to our order. Fruit toast served burnt, butter soft and ham and egg toastie ordered turned out to b ham and cheese. Coffee nice and hot as ordered.
I'm sorry, what?! $2.90 extra for a small dollop of aoli sauce on the side. Now that is daylight robbery. However, the club sandwich was very tasty and filling
