Friendly staff
I spilt my coffee and was treated like royalty they cleaned up and replaced my coffee and very kind thats why I eat all the time at the coffee club best service food and staff
I didn't get to experience coffee at the coffee club today. With their closing hours being 3pm, I walked in 15 mins to 3, only to be told they are closed. Not just this store, its also happened at Dalby store as well. Poor customer service. False business hours advertising. Not happy.
Ordered a cuppa chino I said just be almond milk otherwise I will be really sick as i can’t have dairy I ordered some bacon and eggs and the toast had butter(dairy on it) before I realised I had eaten nearlly the whole toast omg. The man said “oh I should be more clear” wasnt I clear enough!! Now I will be literally screaming in pain soon and won’t be able to do anything but vomit and sit on the toilet. Imagine if it was an anaphylactic reaction someone had from dairy! Do better!!!
