This was a complete SCAM. Do not book this company. They showed up 3.5 hours late. When I called the owner earlier, he told me they were “on the way,” which was clearly not true. Then I was told the job was completed… when in reality, they did not clean anything at all. After my initial call, I received a vague text from an employee claiming she was “in charge” of the cleaning, but she never gave a time or any real update.
