Wow!! What a ride!! Im a mama of 5 under 6 & just wanted to get something done for myself for a change. I've just completed the 6 week "start" program and am feeling great. Online coach Leah was just a message away if needed any support. Encouraging me week in, week out Doing it solo, I really appreciated that. The cobalt app was easy to use. As someone who doesn’t live near a gym, the app providing workouts has been a game changer! I don’t have to think about what to do, the app guides me through and has helpful videos of exercises. Would recommend
Highly recommend I just finished a 6 week online course and it so helpful especially if you are new to the gym and have no idea what to do. It’s so handy you can view your upcoming workouts and helps track everything to ensure you are on track online coach is available all the time and helps keep you motivated 10/10 experience
As someone who’s spent years training, mostly focusing on cardio and losing weight, it was a big mindset shift to start working on gaining muscle and weight to build those curves 🍑😅Leah was amazing throughout, always there to answer any questions, and being the ultimate hype woman.🙌🏼 The app and workouts were great for accountability and seeing progressive improvements. Can’t wait to keep going with a new program and keep pushing towards my goals. 🔥
Amazing 6 week online shred challenge, coach was always available to reply to any needs. I really enjoyed the push, the workouts were amazing! The meal prep 10/10 meals, I tried a few that I really enjoy that I thought I wouldn’t. The kids love some of the great meals provided also. Overall great experience, I’m excited to go again and hopefully stick the next 6 weeks out.
