After contacting several builders at the Bluffs on the Cape Fear, we chose to build with Coastal Cypress Building Company because of their attention to details for a custom home. Communication was key throughout the build process because we were living in Maryland. From finalizing our floor plan and signing the contract with Steve Swain to completing the build with Graham Smith - it was a positive experience with the CCBC team. After we sold our first Coastal Cypress custom home and planned the build of our second, there was no doubt or hesitation that we were going to have Coastal Cypress build our second.
