When I arrived and went into my hotel room, I noticed that the heat was not on. There was a lot of furniture in one little space. There was also not a plastic shower curtain so the water will go onto the floor. There was also not a shower mat to step on after taking a shower. There was visible stains on the comforter as well. I would also like to add that I was happy to hear that there was free breakfast, but there was not so much Of breakfast items that were available. I honestly don’t even know where to begin. We stayed here for three nights at the end of October, and the experience was extremely disappointing. When we arrived, our room was absolutely freezing. It was not heated, and we had to wait several hours until it became warm enough to stay in. The bed and linens did not feel clean — the sheets and pillows had visible stains. I asked the receptionist to bring clean linens and ended up changing the bedding myself. Even the mattress was stained, which was very unpleasant. Overall, th... read more
