Why when I call, am I pond off to a branch some where not even close in proximity nor understands what albertas needs are. SMH.
This company’s been a joke to deal with the cut my insurance off for no reason I have been trying to talk to them the last 5 days and have been on hold for 8 hrs each time and just today they hung up on my after 2 hrs
Fast and efficient service. Both Elaine and Rebecca were great to deal with. Best insurance service in town with the best rates. I would recommend these guys for your insurance needs.

No customer service. Trying to cancel and they can't even tell us the exact amount. Make such a big process and giving us the run around. We don't recommend this place. They have so much turnover with staff.
