Waited on the phone twice for 2 hours and phone call just ends no one answered me. They can reply through email faster then getting calls but since im a new client they won't let me get a quote through email that I have to call. Doesn't the building have their own landlines or cells to reach them better
The Cardston location has been very helpful, especially Jenna S. She has helped me and my boyfriend many times and answered all of our questions and really explained everything to us, she was very helpful and I would definitely recommend! I have had nothing but good service through them! Especially when we had the hail storm! They were very quick to do claims through
Why when I call, am I pond off to a branch some where not even close in proximity nor understands what albertas needs are. SMH.
This company’s been a joke to deal with the cut my insurance off for no reason I have been trying to talk to them the last 5 days and have been on hold for 8 hrs each time and just today they hung up on my after 2 hrs
Fast and efficient service. Both Elaine and Rebecca were great to deal with. Best insurance service in town with the best rates. I would recommend these guys for your insurance needs.
