I just can't with this company anymore. The claims side of things have been an absolute nightmare and painfully slow. They are way behind on handling a claim and as a result, we have lost out on an opportunity for a discount. What's worse is that they are seeking to significantly increase the rates on one of our vehicles without providing any substantiating information or data, despite making a statement and offering no evidence to back it up. I am very happy to deal with Jim and his staff at the Co-operators here in the Ottawa, I have my businesses and my home and Auto insurance with them, they are phenomenal at getting back to my needs, they are very informative and knowledgeable when it comes to my insurances. I highly recommend dealing with James and his staff.
I’ve been trying to get in touch for three weeks regarding questions about my insurance policy. Phone calls haven’t been answered and email ignored. I recommend looking elsewhere
