Been with them for over a decade now. All my house and cars insurance are with them. Professional agents in the office and very good services. Special thanks to Jasmin - highly recommended.
9 am on Thursday, May 14th. Office is closed. No sign on door. Hours say open.
No one actually answers. You get shunted to some agent somewhere other than where you are. I am now on my fourth agent trying to get a simple policy payment and renewal. Worst service, from this agency and from Co-operator's in general.
