Absolutely the worst experience from Ben Ghose been going back and forth with them to get my payment for my total lose vehicle for over a month and still zero help or care on their side. They gave me a rental vehicle only for 4 days , the other month I have been renting cars from my own pocket and still haven’t received my payment , they keep on ignoring my calls or emails , extremely unprofessional work , I don’t recommend this company to anyone looking for car insurance . Zero care or help they just want ur money
If there’s 0 stars I would give them. I have been trying to get a quote for my car insurance for a year now. The waiting times are crazy and after waiting for 4 hours their system just glitches mid-way and the operator hangs up on you. Their call center is even worse! They don’t have any answers, I asked to give me someone from the management to speak with so the guy gave me an answer machine. If getting a quote is that hard, I don’t want to imagine how raising a claim would look like. Simple Disrespectful.
Every time you call for anything it’s always “we’re experiencing higher call volumes resulting in longer than usual wait times”. How can you always be this busy, I went in to the local office I have in town and was told it’s a 2 hour wait on the phone no matter what. Not everyone has two hours to sit by the phone this needs to be fixed in an instant.
Our claim experience with The Co-operators - Claims Office - Calgary Office went really good. David Vienneau was the assigned personnel to deal with our case. We noticed the formal language but positive approach and the efficiency in handling our case from the beginning to the closure. He also offered us to install water sensors to avoid the recurrence of the water flood as our Insurance Company is covering the cost up to 1,000. So we did purchase these sensors and installed them at potentially risky points. Thanks again Dav... read more
