Called these guys for a simple quote. Got put on hold with anticipated wait time of 2 hours. How they have a single client is beyond me.
I went to the office to get car insurance and was told to do it online. The next day, I spent 3 hours and 30 minutes on the phone trying to connect with someone to set up my insurance, and the call just dropped without ever connecting me to an agent. This is by far the worst service I’ve ever experienced. If it were possible to give 0 stars, I would gladly do so.
My latest Claim experience with The Co-operators - Claims Office - Calgary Office was superb. David Vienneau was the assigned/transferred personnel to deal with the ongoing Claim case. First couple of days I had the concern why it had been transferred from Ontario to Alberta (2 hours of difference). However from the first message I received from him, I noticed the positive approach and the efficiency in handling the case. So glad our paths crossed David. Nobody answer the phone I spent more then a week calling them from 8 AM and they answer after 5pm and they say we are closed call us tomorrow.
I’ve called and emailed my claim representative several times with no response. Very unprofessional and disappointing service.
