Every time you call for anything it’s always “we’re experiencing higher call volumes resulting in longer than usual wait times”. How can you always be this busy, I went in to the local office I have in town and was told it’s a 2 hour wait on the phone no matter what. Not everyone has two hours to sit by the phone this needs to be fixed in an instant.
Our claim experience with The Co-operators - Claims Office - Calgary Office went really good. David Vienneau was the assigned personnel to deal with our case. We noticed the formal language but positive approach and the efficiency in handling our case from the beginning to the closure. He also offered us to install water sensors to avoid the recurrence of the water flood as our Insurance Company is covering the cost up to 1,000. I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the conduct and handling of my insurance claim by adjuster Aesha Patel. I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of professionalism, poor communication, and unacceptable handling of my file throughout this process. My vehicle remained at the body shop for over two months following an accident that was confirmed to be 100% the fault of the other driver, who admitted responsibility. Called these guys for a simple quote. Got put on hold with anticipated wait time of 2 hours. How they have a single client is beyond me.
I went to the office to get car insurance and was told to do it online. The next day, I spent 3 hours and 30 minutes on the phone trying to connect with someone to set up my insurance, and the call just dropped without ever connecting me to an agent. This is by far the worst service I’ve ever experienced. If it were possible to give 0 stars, I would gladly do so.
