Nobody answer the phone I spent more then a week calling them from 8 AM and they answer after 5pm and they say we are closed call us tomorrow.
I’ve called and emailed my claim representative several times with no response. Very unprofessional and disappointing service.
Thank you for supporting me when my car was bumped! It was repaired by a professional workshop, during 2 weeks they rented a car for me (instead of my small Ford Focus 2013 I was driving Nissan Rogue 2024). Nice communication with Hezron was a bonus!
