People need an insurance firm they can rely on. I’m not sure anymore, if the Cooperators is that firm. Otherwise, it’s a one sided relationship with the insurance company gladly taking your money but not paying anything when you need them the most. Especially, if you find yourself in a bind on the weekend. We have a home insurance claim where our only bathroom presents a safety risk after being left in a state of disrepair by the landlord. Always decline and they never send written reason and never call you back to make you understand the reason ... just keep paying them every month for no customer service & decline Useless
Put in a claim weeks ago after a car accident. Was assigned an adjuster. Never heard back. Sent email, phoned in - supposubly response in 48 hours.... nothing, meanwhile carshop called, no Cooperator adjuster had been out. Calling is a joke, nobody answers, you just end up in a waiting loop or leave a message in a mailbox nobody checks...... We will change insurance and investments away from them.... this was just horrible!!
