Worst claim office to handle an accident claim.
An horrible experience for me, someone hit my car from behind and damaged my bumper totally I wasn't at fault in this accident, and the way I have been treated my this insurance company.the accident happened on the 22nd September 2020 and my car is still at metro Toronto collision centre and yet to be repaired, they started an investigation I gave them about 15 statements including emails explaining what happened, they treat me like I was a criminal dragging the situation out approaching two months now, They gave me hope tha... read more
Absolutely HORRIFIC experience. Tiffany Sloan was more painful to deal with than the surgery I had to endure after the car accident. Demand a new appraiser immediately if she is assigned to your case. She will rip you off left right and centre and provide no proof of how she comes up with her numbers - even when directly asked for background info.
