Worst service of my life never go there, agents are porely trained make mistakes and don’t correct them.
We received excellent service from Elise K. when we had an incident on our property in October 2024. Elise was quick to initially contact us, explain our coverage and the process for filing and completing our claim. Elise was very professional, knowledgeable and patient with our many questions. Our claim was completed in a very timely manner. Thank you for this excellent service, Elise, at a time that was stressful to us.
