The representatives themselves are polite and having lack of knowledge , doing mistakes, you have to double check after your call is finished. However, the company’s overall service is disappointing. My insurance premium increases every single year, and the explanation is always the same: “inflation in your area. It’s becoming increasingly frustrating and unreasonable.
