Fairly easy to deal with as far as insurance companies go. One complaint is my adjuster went on vacation without notice and I was left without answers for a week. This same adjuster advised I could personally come to the office (I live in Saint John) to deliver some documents regarding the transfer of ownership. I showed up and I guess he decided to work from home that day and I was forced to leave my documents with security who seemed very confused.
