I cannot express how incredibly disappointed I am with Co-operators Insurance. We have been with them for 13 years (my bad). Today I made some calls and secured insurance with a competitor for a fraction of the price with the exact coverage. When we called Co-operators to cancel our policy on its expiration date they couldn't explain why their rates were so much higher.
