Parking is absurd! Charges for people to have a "private parking area". No designated parking near our apartment! Appliances are old and work sporadically. Have made several so called work orders but the maintenance staff can't get things done. Management is horrible! Both so-called managers don't have any issues with low cut blouses. Very unprofessional! Don't have an apartment issue because it'll be taken care of at their convenience which can be a while! Swimming pools constantly have leaves and debris in them. I have lived there for a year and by far one of the most unprofessional managed apartments I have lived at. Heather handled every situation poorly, acted as if she was a school girl trying to fight my daughter. Calling her "trash". No situation calls for that in a professional environment. Needs proper training!!!

I agree with the previous post, only rent here if you like being frustrated. When you first come they are super nice to you and they show you a really nice model because the apartment you will rent is not ready (red flag). Once you sign on the dotted line the good times are over. The apartment we rented has outdated appliances that barely work, the carpet is worn, and every Wednesday you need to take an early shower because the water will be off until late afternoon. These apartments are horrible. The management is very VERY rude. The water turns off every week from morning till evening. Old Appliances that dont work and takes more than a years worth of complaints to get fixed. Pipes in our apartment burst three times. Overall horrible experience wouldnt come back here even if someone had paid me. Not worth the money at all. Management needs to take some classes in communication with people.
