I lived here for four years. There were multiple murders, domestic disputes, car thefts and even vandalism to my own personal vehicle. A month before my lease contract ended, the front office disabled my account to pay rent online and then stole my security deposit. The majority of the time your neighbors will smoke, play loud music and be disrespectful towards one another. There are better options in the area.
Kudos to the front office lovely Ladies and the handsome gentlemen of maintenance department.. for your assistance, professionalism & kindness.
The whole team of maintenance at Rhodes ranch apartments is on points especially Christian, Richard and Harvey I've had the the experience of each on so work on my apartment and they all were quick and fast and I didn't have to wait more than one day to get my work order completed Rhodes apartments have a pretty good team over there.
Super grateful for the prompt service ! Makes me feel at home knowing my needs are being met. Thank you to the ladies in the leasing office and the maintenance men.
